Terms & Conditions

  1. Customer will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry for every completed customer registration form at the Altron stand.
  2. Employees of Altron, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of Altron, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  3. Altron has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
  4. The Promotion is open from 10th of August 2022 to the 11th of August 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Draw will be held at 11th of August 2022 at the Sandton convention centre and results communicated via e-mail to all registered participants.
  5. Customer will be required to fully complete the lucky draw registration form before depositing it in the designated lucky draw box between 09:00 am 10 August 2022 to 16:30pm 11 August 2022. Lucky draw registration forms deposited after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and void.
  6. All details and particulars submitted in the lucky draw coupons must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
  7. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked. Altron shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.
  8. Altron shall contact the Winners via e-mail or telephonically within seven (7) days of the conduct of the Lucky Draw (“Notification”).
  9. The prizes will be given in form of Redemption Letter and to be arrangements for the delivery of the prizes be made directly with the winners. The Winners are required to redeem their prizes within 21 days from the Notification, failing which, the winner will not be entitled to the prizes.
  10. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  11. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Altron for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
  12. Altron shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Altron’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
  13. By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Altron, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
